The Johns Hopkins International Urban Fellows Association (IUFA) board is the scientific committee of the conference.
The organization of the conference has been entrusted by the IUFA board to Lorenzo Ciapetti (Urban Fellow '06), director of Antares, a research think tank on local development linked with the University of Bologna.
Logistic organization is being handled through Ser.In.Ar. a private company that has been created to support the administrative activities of the University of Bologna in the southern part of the region Emilia Romagna.
